By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service, participating in a program, or otherwise engaging with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, Opportunity Audit materials, reports, templates, presentations, videos, recordings, written content, graphics, branding, logos, training materials, and resources provided by the Company are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All intellectual property remains the sole property of the Company unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
You may access and use purchased materials for your own personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or share Company materials without written permission.
• Sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on Company content.
• Use Company materials to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or similar technologies.
• Repurpose, teach, license, or commercialize Company frameworks, assessments, templates, presentations, or proprietary methodologies.
Unauthorized use of Company intellectual property may result in legal action.
PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For consulting services, VIP Days, strategy sessions, audits, workshops, speaking engagements, and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or service agreement.
If a payment plan is offered, the User remains responsible for the full agreed-upon amount regardless of participation level, completion status, implementation, or results obtained.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to services, materials, deliverables, recordings, or future engagements.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, workshops, or events due to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, appointments cancelled by the User with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund.
Refund requests, if applicable, shall be governed solely by the specific refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
Artificial Intelligence & Technology Use
The Company may use artificial intelligence (AI), automation tools, software platforms, and other technologies to support content creation, business analysis, communication, education, and service delivery.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Users acknowledge that AI-generated content, recommendations, and outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, medical, accounting, or other regulated advice.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations, strategies, or actions arising from the use of the Company's services.
Educational Purpose Only
The Company provides educational, consulting, coaching, speaking, strategy, assessment, mentorship, and advisory services.
All information, recommendations, assessments, strategies, resources, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You accept full responsibility for all business decisions, actions, and results arising from your use of Company services and materials.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The User acknowledges that successful outcomes require active participation, implementation, decision-making, and follow-through.
The Company provides guidance, recommendations, education, strategy, and support. The User remains solely responsible for implementing recommendations and evaluating whether such recommendations are appropriate for their business, circumstances, goals, and objectives.
The Company is not responsible for any outcome resulting from a User's failure to implement, partially implement, misapply, or disregard recommendations provided.
Earnings Disclaimer
No Guarantee of Results
The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, business growth, revenue increases, lead generation, sales performance, speaking engagements, media opportunities, or other business results.
Individual results vary based on numerous factors including effort, implementation, market conditions, experience, skills, and circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or success stories presented are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
Opportunity Audit Disclaimer
The Opportunity Audit, Opportunity Score, assessment results, recommendations, and related materials are intended solely as educational tools designed to help Users identify potential areas for business growth and development.
Results are based on information provided by the User and are not intended to constitute professional advice or a guarantee of business performance.
The Company makes no representation that implementing any recommendation will result in any particular outcome.
Speaking Engagements
The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute presenters, postpone, or cancel live or virtual events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any event-specific cancellation, transfer, or refund terms shall be communicated separately and shall supersede general refund provisions where applicable.
Recording & Use of Materials
The Company may record coaching sessions, consulting calls, workshops, trainings, speaking engagements, or virtual events for educational, quality assurance, documentation, or internal business purposes.
Users may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share Company materials, presentations, recordings, or intellectual property without prior written permission.
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared by Users, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the User.
The User acknowledges that group programs, workshops, masterminds, networking events, and community discussions may involve participation by other individuals, and the Company cannot guarantee confidentiality of information voluntarily shared within those environments.
Any testimonial, review, feedback, success story, or endorsement voluntarily provided by a User may be used by the Company for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes unless the User expressly requests otherwise in writing.
Intellectual Property & AI Content Protection
Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, repurpose, train artificial intelligence systems on, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any content, materials, frameworks, templates, assessments, recordings, presentations, or intellectual property provided by the Company without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:
• Use of or inability to use the website, services, products, programs, assessments, audits, consulting, coaching, speaking engagements, events, or materials.
• Business losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of clients, loss of opportunities, interruption of business operations, or loss of data.
• Decisions made or actions taken by the User based upon information, recommendations, assessments, reports, strategies, or materials provided by the Company.
• Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, delays, interruptions, or technical issues associated with the website or services.
• Third-party software, platforms, tools, service providers, or external resources recommended, referenced, or integrated with Company services.
The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of its products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Company during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The User agrees that the Company shall not be responsible for any business, financial, operational, legal, tax, employment, marketing, or strategic decisions made by the User.
All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
• The User's use of the website, services, products, programs, assessments, audits, consulting, coaching, speaking engagements, events, or materials.
• The User's violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The User's violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Any information, content, or materials submitted by the User.
• Any business decisions, actions, or implementation undertaken by the User based on Company recommendations or services.
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of the relationship between the User and the Company.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any products or services provided by the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions and informal resolution processes.
